Week in Rewind and Christopher Smith will be raffling a $250 Amazon or Nook gift certificate (good for Amazon US/UK or BN.com) if his best selling thriller, "Fifth Avenue" gets back into the Amazon Top 100 or in Nook Top 100.
If it does not make it, he instead will raffle a $100 GC.
To collect points/ entries, all you have to do are:
